Lauren Fletcher, Social Community Manager

Lauren graduated Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Physiological Biology.  During her undergraduate career, she spent a year studying abroad in Germany at the University of Tübingen, and she has an extensive background volunteering in hospitals and schools all over the world. In the past, she has traveled to Honduras on a medical mission, and she is looking forward to applying her skills gained from previous volunteer work to support the Cleft Foundation.  She is passionate about health education, sustainability, and making the world a brighter place.

Rena Patel, Web Content Writer

Rena is an undergraduate student at Scripps College in Claremont, CA. She plans on pursuing a degree in English and medicine and hopes to attend medical school after graduation. She was a former writer for the Odyssey and a contributing author for Boarding School Survival Guide. Rena is a staunch advocate for women's health education and is always on the search for good stories. TCF had both. She hopes to accurately depict the lives of those who have benefitted from the education and services that TCF provides as well as create stories of her own on future TCF missions. 

Maximilian Rosa, Social Media Manager

Max is a passionate advocate of sustainability, environmental justice, and empowering the disenfranchised. He attended American River College in Sacramento and transferred to UC Santa Cruz where he double majored in Environmental Science and Economics. While at UCSC Max volunteered with the Campus Sustainability Council which distributes a portion of student tuition as grants to fund student-lead sustainability projects. After college, Max continued working in education, developing sustainability focused project based after-school programs for schools and non-profit organizations. He recently moved to Los Angeles and is excited to put his passion for community building to use with the Cleft Foundation.
