TCF Goes Back to Guatemala.

Vamos a Guatemala

After one year away The Cleft Foundation is excited to return to Guatemala. In January of 2017 TCF will be sending six volunteers to distribute vitamins and deworming supplements to the community of Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.

What We Will Provide

Thanks to an amazing donation from Vitamin Angels we are expecting to serve approximately 500 women and 4,000 children under five years old. In total we will be distributing:

1000 doses of Vitamin A 100,000 IU, enough for 1000 children 6-11 Months

2000 doses of Vitamin A 200,000 IU, enough for 1000 Children 12-59 Months

4000 doses of Albendazole 400 mg, enough for 2000 Children 12-59 Months

170,100 doses of Multivitamins - enough for 473 Pregnant and Lactating Women

Post Mission Adventure

January 6 - 8 the TCF volunteers will be taking a group trip to the Mayan ruins in Tikal and Laguna Petexbatu. If you are interested volunteering with TCF visit our website and fill out an application.
